MoCue is designed to work with as little data as possible. Motion processing happens on your device, and the app does not require an account or a product database. If you contact support, the website stores only the form information described below.
Motion data
MoCue uses accelerometer and gyroscope samples to render visual motion cues. Samples are processed in memory on your device. Raw samples are not uploaded to Viis Labs and are not stored as a motion history.
Information stored on your device
Onboarding choices, calibration settings, presets, ride summaries, feedback, language preferences, and free Picture in Picture allowance may be stored locally on your device. You can remove this information with the app’s Delete All Data control or by deleting the app.
Information MoCue does not collect
- Precise location, travel routes, or contacts
- Photos, microphone recordings, or Health data
- Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data
- Product analytics or crash reports sent to Viis Labs
Purchases and subscriptions
Apple processes App Store purchases. RevenueCat helps MoCue display offerings, verify entitlements, and restore purchases. For this purpose, RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription status, product identifiers, and related transaction metadata. Viis Labs does not receive your payment card information.
Tracking and advertising
MoCue does not sell personal information, show third-party ads, or use your information to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Website support form
If you choose to contact Viis Labs, the support form collects the app identifier, your selected topic, message, device language, and consent. Your name and reply email are optional. The server derives the app’s bundle identifier from the app identifier; you do not need to enter either value.
Support submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 for support, billing, privacy, or product-feedback follow-up. They expire after 180 days, and a daily maintenance task deletes expired records. We do not store your IP address in the support database or sell form data.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical signals to prevent abuse. Cloudflare handles those signals under its own Privacy Policy.
Children
MoCue is not directed to children under 13, and Viis Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through MoCue.
Changes to this policy
If MoCue’s data practices materially change, this page will be updated with a new revision date. Any permissions or disclosures required by iOS will also be presented in the app.
