Terms of Service
Last updated July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of MoCue. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Passenger use only
MoCue is intended for passengers. Do not use MoCue while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or whenever viewing a screen could distract you from safety. Stop using the app and look away if discomfort increases.
Not medical care
MoCue is a comfort and accessibility utility, not a medical device or medical service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results vary, and you should seek qualified medical advice for health concerns.
License and acceptable use
MoCue is licensed, not sold, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Subscriptions and trials
Optional subscriptions unlock MoCue Pro. The price, billing period, and any free trial are shown before purchase and may vary by storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple Account settings.
If a free trial is offered, it converts to the displayed paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Restore Purchases can be used to recover eligible purchases on a device signed in to the same Apple Account.
Availability and changes
Viis Labs may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not promise that the app will always be available or free from interruption. Picture in Picture and motion access also depend on iOS and device capabilities.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoCue is provided “as is” without warranties of a particular result. Viis Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Apple terms
Where applicable, your license is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
